years. When the old set developed some glitches, I decided to replace it with, I admit, some apprehension.
However, this new replacement was easy to obtain and is performing perfectly. I especially enjoy being able to

and was preofessional(a few I had viewed wanted me to pay extra to ensure that my order was processed
correctly). After a billing error on my credit card (my fault)I was contacted to ensure that I was aware of the
charges and to ensure the order had been placed by me. Added securuty. When I recieved the order the set was
beautiful and arrived when he said that it would. We will definatly use the site again to purchase futire sets for my

expectations. He even got out 2 different size chess sets and compared how they looked on a board with 1 3/4"
squares. And shipping was done same day as order placement. They would be my first choice when I buy my

Body: I have received the chess set...its beautiful and I cant tell you how pleased I am with the customer service. I
had purchased a chess set from England on Ebay for my sons birthday. It was paid for on 4/5/06 and I never
received it...when I emailed the store, their reply was that it had been mailed on Monday....no date of which
Monday! Needless to say after six weeks, my sons birthday came and went and still no chess set. I finally stated
I would ding their reputation on Ebay if I didnt have the tracking number and exact date mailed...their reply was
that they had checked with Royal Mail and it was never delivered...they credited Paypal. I found your chess set on
Saturday and ordered it, received a call on Sunday and confirmation via email a few times. I received the
package on Wednesday, a total of five days......thank you thank you thank you!! My son loves the chess set being
the pirate buff that he is. Thank you for your great care.
