Refunds
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you have 30 days from receipt
of your item to return or exchange it. Just give us a call to let us know your returning or exchanging
your purchase. We will arrange the return with UPS.
The item must be returned in new condition and in its original packaging. A refund will be issued
upon our receipt and inspection of the item, less return shipping costs and restocking charges. A
credit will not be issued if the item arrives in used, damaged or destroyed condition. A 10%-15%
restocking charge will apply to all items returned for reasons other than shipping damage or
manufacturers defects.
Returns
Undamaged Product Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund as stated above. The
item must be in it's original packaging (retail & shipping boxes) and in undamaged, unused and
like-new condition suitable for resale. We cannot reimburse you for return shipping costs unless
there is a defect with the product or the order was not filled properly. Before returning any item,
e-mail or telephone us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number which must be
printed on the outside of the shipping container. Items returned without a valid Return Merchandise
Authorization number will be refused.
We arrange for UPS to pick up the item being returned at the place it was originally delivered. Or,
you can drop it off at your convenience to any Authorized UPS location. UPS does provide proof of
delivery and insurance coverage up to $100.00 at no additional charge. Insure the item for the full
amount of the invoice, plus shipping charges. Please send returns to:

Upon receipt of the returned item we will inspect it to verify its condition. Refunds are normally
processed within one or two days after receipt and will be made in the same form as the original
purchase. We will notify you by email of your refund.
If your return shipment is lost or damaged, you will need to contact the UPS instructions on filing a
claim for reimbursement of the insured amount.
Credit will not be issued for items returned after thirty (30) days or not in Like-New condition
suitable for resale with all packing material included.
Damaged Product Returns
Products arriving defective right out of the box (very, very rare) will be replaced within fifteen (15)
days of sale. E-mail customer service within two (2) days of delivery to arrange for return shipment.
All the King's Men will issue a call-tag for return of defective merchandise or you may return the item
via another method at your own expense. Replacements may not be issued until defective item is
returned. All the King's Men will ship a replacement at no additional cost. Or, you can request a full,
money back refund.
In case your product does arrive damaged, and that damage appears to be as a result of
mishandling during shipping, DO NOT throw away the original shipping box. Items for return NOT in
original packaging are unable to be processed for any kind of credit.
Warranty: Manufacturers warranties, if applicable, apply on all products.

We ship all orders via DHL Ground, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground at no additional cost to our
customers.. All orders received will ship within one (1) to three (3) business days following receipt
of cleared payment. All of the above three carriers guarantee delivery from 1 to 6 days to the lower
48 states. However, we cannot guarantee shipment of goods by any specific time frame due to
weather, traffic, and mechanical difficulties that our carriers may encounter. For quicker delivery ask
us to ship via UPS Overnight or UPS 2nd or 3rd Day (you will incur additional cost for either of these
options). ALL our items are carefully packaged and are fully insured against shipping damage. We
will not ship to a PO Box unless it is a confirmed PayPal or verifiable credit card billing address. And
in some cases not even then.
Alaska and Hawaii
Customers in Alaska or Hawaii must contact us for the additional costs which they will incur for
shipments to these states.
International Orders
We offer USPS Global Express or Airmail Parcel Post shipping for our customers outside the U.S.A.
Please contact us for shipping rates.
Shipping status and tracking information for deliveries to be made within the U.S.A. will be emailed
to all buyers after the close of the sale.
